Psalm 61

1God, hear my cry; give heed to my prayer.

2From the end of the earth I call to you when my heart faints. Guide me to the rock higher than I.

3For you have been a shelter for me, a tower of strength from the enemy.

4Let me remain in your tent eternally. Let me seek refuge in the hiding place of your wings. Selah.

5For you, God, have heard my vows and given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

6You will add days to the king's days; his years like generation after generation.

7He will dwell forever before God; appoint steadfast love and faithfulness to preserve him.

8So I will give praise to your name forever to complete my vows day by day.
