Psalm 70

1God, hurry to deliver me; Yahweh, hurry to help me.

2Let those who seek my life be shamed and disgraced; let those who desire my harm turn back and be humiliated.

3Let them turn back on account of their shame, those who say, "Aha! Aha!"

4Let all who seek you exult and rejoice in you, and let lovers of your salvation say continually, "Let God be exalted!"

5But I am afflicted and needy; God, hurry to me. You are my help and my deliverer, Yahweh; do not delay.
