Exodus 27

1You shall make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar shall be square, and its height three cubits.

2You shall make its horns on its four corners—from it its horns shall be—and you shall overlay it with bronze.

3You shall make its pots for removing its ashes, its shovels, its bowls, its fleshhooks, and its firepans—all its implements of bronze.

4You shall make for it a bronze network grate, and you shall make four bronze rings on the net at its four corners.

5You shall place it under the altar's ledge from below, and the net shall reach halfway up the altar.

6You shall make bars for the altar, bars of acacia wood, and cover them with bronze.

7Its poles shall enter the rings, and the poles shall be along both sides of the altar when carrying it.

8You shall make it hollow with boards, as he showed you on the mountain, so they shall make it.

9You shall make the tabernacle's courtyard for the south side southward: hangings for the courtyard of finely twisted linen one hundred cubits long for one side.

10Its twenty pillars and their twenty bronze sockets; the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.

11Similarly for the north side in length: hangings a hundred cubits long, its twenty pillars and their twenty bronze sockets; the hooks of the pillars and their bands of silver.

12The width of the court on the west side will be fifty cubits of hangings, with ten pillars and ten sockets.

13And the breadth of the court for the eastern quarter shall be fifty cubits.

14Fifteen cubits of hangings for one side, with three pillars and three sockets.

15For the other shoulder, hangings fifteen cubits long; their pillars three, and their sockets three.

16The gate of the court requires a twenty-cubit curtain made from blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twisted linen—the embroiderer's work—with four pillars and four bases.

17All the pillars around the court are banded with silver; their hooks are silver, and their sockets are bronze.

18The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, its breadth fifty by fifty cubits, its height five cubits of finely twisted linen, and their bases bronze.

19All the tabernacle's utensils for all its service, and all its tent pegs, and all the tent pegs of the court, shall be bronze.

20You shall command the children of Israel to bring you pure beaten olive oil for the light to make the lamp burn continually.

21In the tent of meeting, outside the veil over the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall arrange it from evening to morning before Yahweh; it shall be a perpetual statute for their generations from the children of Israel.
