Lumin Translation
Revelation 20
And I saw an angel descending from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.
And he seized the dragon, the ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
And he cast him into the abyss, shut and sealed it over him, so he would no longer deceive the nations until the thousand years were completed. After that, he must be released for a little while.
And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was granted them—and the souls of those beheaded because of Jesus' testimony and God's word, those who had not worshiped the beast or its image, neither had they accepted the mark on their forehead or hand. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
The rest of the dead did not live until the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection.
Blessed and holy is the one who has a share in the first resurrection; over them the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and Christ, and will reign with him a thousand years.
And when the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison.
And he will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to assemble them for the war, whose number is like the sand of the sea.
They climbed up over the breadth of the earth and encircled the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them.
And the devil who leads them astray was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also, and they will be tormented day and night for the ages of the ages.
And I saw a great white throne and the one seated on it, from whose face earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them.
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to their deeds.
And the sea yielded the dead in it, death and Hades yielded the dead in them, and they were judged, each according to their works.
Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
And if anyone was not found written in the book of life, that one was thrown into the lake of fire.
