Numbers 15
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them: When you come into the land of your dwellings, which I am giving you,
And you offer a fire offering to Yahweh—a burnt offering, or a sacrifice to perform a special vow, or a freewill offering, or in your appointed feasts—to produce a soothing aroma for Yahweh, from the herd or from the flock.
Whoever brings his offering to Yahweh shall bring a grain offering of a tenth of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil.
And a fourth part of a hin of wine for the drink offering you shall prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for one lamb.
Or for a ram, you shall prepare a grain offering of two tenths of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil.
and a third of a hin of wine for the drink offering you shall present, a soothing aroma to Yahweh.
And when you offer a bull for a burnt offering or for a sacrifice to perform a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh;
He shall offer with the bull a grain offering of three tenths of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil.
You shall bring half a hin of wine as a drink offering, a fire offering of pleasing aroma to Yahweh.
Thus shall it be done for one ox or one ram, or for a lamb from the sheep or from the goats.
According to whatever number you prepare, do so for each one according to their number.
Every native-born shall do these things in this way, offering a fire offering, a pleasing aroma to Yahweh.
And when a sojourner resides with you, or anyone among you through your generations who offers a fire offering, a soothing aroma to Yahweh, as you do, so he shall do.
One statute governs the congregation and the sojourning stranger—a perpetual statute throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before Yahweh.
One law and one regulation shall be for you and for the sojourner dwelling with you.
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, "When you come into the land that I am bringing you to."
When you eat from the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to Yahweh.
You shall heave a loaf from the first of your dough as a heave offering, as the heave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.
From the first of your dough you shall give Yahweh a contribution for your generations.
If you go astray and fail to carry out all these commandments that Yahweh spoke to Moses,
All that Yahweh commanded you through Moses, from the day Yahweh commanded and onward for your generations.
If the congregation sins unwittingly, without their knowledge, then the whole congregation shall offer one young bull from the herd for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma to Yahweh, with its grain offering and drink offering as required by regulation, and one male goat for a sin offering.
The priest shall make atonement for the whole congregation of Israel's children, and they shall be forgiven, for it was an error, and they brought their offering, a fire offering to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error.
The entire congregation of Israel's children will be forgiven, and the foreigner living in their midst, because the whole people did so unwittingly.
If one person sins unwittingly, she shall bring a year-old female goat for a sin offering.
The priest shall make atonement for the soul when he sins unwittingly in ignorance before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
There shall be one law for you for anyone who sins unintentionally, for the native-born among the children of Israel and for the sojourner dwelling among them.
But the person who acts with a high hand—whether native-born or a foreigner—that one blasphemes Yahweh, and that person shall be cut off from among his people.
Because he has despised the word of Yahweh and broken his commandment, that soul shall certainly be cut off; its iniquity shall be upon it.
While the sons of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the assembly.
They placed him under guard because it had not been made clear what should be done to him.
Yahweh said to Moses, "The man must surely die; the whole congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp."
The whole congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
And Yahweh said to Moses, saying,
Speak to the children of Israel and tell them to make fringes for themselves on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue cord on the fringe of each corner.
It shall be a fringe for you, that you look at it and remember all the commandments of Yahweh and do them, and that you not go after your heart and your eyes, after which you go whoring.
so that you remember and do all my commandments and be holy to your God.
I am Yahweh your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God; I am Yahweh your God.
