Is it a sin to use ChatGPT as a therapist?
Not a sin in itself, but ChatGPT is not a therapist, a pastor, or a friend. Agreeing isn’t carrying, so pour it out to God first, then tell a real person. In the U.S., call or text 988 if you are in crisis.
