Lumin Translation

Daniel 12

At that time Michael, the great prince who stands over the sons of your people, will arise, and there will be a time of distress such as has not happened since a nation existed until that time, and at that time your people will escape, every one found written in the book.

Many of those sleeping in the dust of the ground will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

And the wise will shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who make the many righteous like the stars forever and ever.

You, Daniel, conceal these words and seal the book until the time of the end; many will run back and forth, and knowledge will increase.

I, Daniel, saw, and behold, two others standing, one on this bank of the river and one on that bank of the river.

One said to the linen-clad man above the waters of the river, "How long until the end of the wonders?"

I heard the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he raised his right hand and his left hand to the heavens and swore by the one who lives forever that it would be for a time, times, and a half, and when they finish shattering the power of the holy people, all these will end.

I heard, but did not understand, so I said, "My lord, what is the end of these?"

He said, "Go, Daniel, for the words are closed and sealed until the time of the end."

Many will be purged, whitened, and refined, but the wicked will behave wickedly; none of the wicked will understand, but the discerning will.

From the time the continual is removed and the detestable thing that desolates is placed, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days.

Blessed is the one who waits and reaches a thousand three hundred thirty-five days.

But you, go to the end; you will rest and stand in your lot at the end of the days.
