Translated from Hebrew and Greek with AI, then checked for clarity and fidelity.

1. The Israelites again did evil in Yahweh's sight, and Yahweh delivered them into the hand of the Philistines for forty years.
2. There was a certain man from Zorah, of the Danite family, whose name was Manoah; his wife was barren, and she had not borne.
3. The angel of Yahweh appeared to the woman and said to her, "See now, you are barren and have not borne, but you will conceive and bear a son."
4. Now please be on guard and drink no wine or strong drink, and eat nothing unclean.
5. See, you will conceive and bear a son; no razor will come upon his head, for the boy will be a Nazarite to God from the womb, and he will begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines.
6. The woman came and told her husband, "A man of God came to me, his appearance like that of an angel of God, exceedingly fearsome. I didn't ask him where he was from, nor did he tell me his name."
7. He said to me, “Look, you will conceive and give birth to a son. From now on do not drink wine or strong drink, and do not eat anything unclean, because the boy will be a Nazarite to God from the womb until the day of his death.”
8. Manoah prayed to Yahweh and said, "Oh my Lord, please let the man of God whom you sent come to us again and instruct us what we should do for the boy who will be born."
9. God heard Manoah's voice, and the angel of God came again to the woman as she sat in the field, but Manoah her husband was not with her.
10. The woman hurried and ran to tell her husband, saying to him, "See, the man who came to me that day has appeared to me."
11. Manoah arose and went after his wife, came to the man, and said to him, "Are you the man who spoke to the woman?" He said, "I am."
12. Manoah said, "Now let your words come true. What will be the rule for the boy, and what he will do?"
13. The angel of Yahweh said to Manoah, "Let her observe all that I said to the woman."
14. She must not eat anything that comes from the vine, nor drink wine or strong drink, nor eat any unclean thing; she must keep everything I have commanded her.
15. Manoah said to the angel of Yahweh, "Please let us detain you while we prepare a kid of goats before you."
16. The angel of Yahweh said to Manoah, "If you detain me, I will not eat your bread. And if you prepare a burnt offering to Yahweh, offer it up." For Manoah did not know that he was the angel of Yahweh.
17. Manoah said to the angel of Yahweh, "What is your name, so that when your words are fulfilled we may glorify you?"
18. The angel of Yahweh said to him, "Why do you ask about my name like this? It is wonderful."
19. Manoah took a kid of the goats and the offering and offered it on the rock to Yahweh who does wonders, while Manoah and his wife watched.
20. When the flame rose from the altar toward the heavens, the angel of Yahweh ascended in the flame of the altar, and Manoah and his wife watched and fell on their faces to the ground.
21. The angel of Yahweh appeared no more to Manoah and his wife. Then Manoah knew that he was the angel of Yahweh.
22. Manoah said to his wife, "We will surely die, because we have seen God."
23. His wife said to him, "If Yahweh had wanted to kill us, he would not have accepted a burnt offering and grain offering from our hands, nor shown us all these things, nor now told us anything like this."
24. The woman bore a son and named him Samson, and the boy grew, and Yahweh blessed him.
25. The Spirit of Yahweh began to stir him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol.
