12. Ah, the tumult of many peoples roaring like the surging of seas, and the rush of nations charging like the rush of mighty waters!
13. The nations will rush like the roar of many waters, but he will rebuke them, and they will flee far away, chased like chaff of the mountains before the wind and like a wheel before the storm.
14. At evening behold terror; before morning it is no more. This is the portion of those who despoil us, the lot of those who plunder us.
