Translated from Hebrew and Greek with AI, then checked for clarity and fidelity.

1. He brought me back to the house's entrance, and there waters were flowing out from under the threshold of the house eastward—for the front of the house faced east—and the waters flowed down from under the right side of the house, southward to the altar.
2. He brought me out by the north gate's path and led me around outside to the outer gate along the path facing east; and behold, waters were running out from the right side.
3. When the man went eastward with the line in his hand, he measured a thousand cubits and led me through the waters, ankle-deep waters.
4. He measured a thousand and led me through the waters reaching the knees; he measured a thousand and led me through waters reaching the loins.
5. He measured a thousand—a river I could not cross, because the waters had swelled, waters to swim in, a river that could not be crossed.
6. He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen?” Then he led me and brought me back to the bank of the river.
7. When I returned, there on the riverbank stood very many trees, on this side and on that.
8. He said to me, "These waters flow out toward the eastern region, go down across the Arabah, and enter the sea—the sea into which they flow—and the waters will be healed."
9. Every living soul that swarms to every place where the rivers come will live there, and there will be exceedingly many fish because these waters have come there; they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river comes.
10. From En Gedi to En Eglaim fishermen shall stand upon it; it shall be a place for spreading nets, their fish like the fish of the Great Sea in kind, exceedingly many.
11. Its mires and fens, and its marshes will not be healed; they will be given to salt.
12. Along the river, on either bank, every tree for food will grow; its leaf will not wither, nor its fruit ever cease, for monthly it will yield fresh produce since its waters flow from the sanctuary, and its fruit will be for food while its leaf brings healing.
13. Thus says the Lord Yahweh: This shall be the border by which you shall allot the land as an inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel, two portions to Joseph.
14. You shall inherit it, each one like his brother, which I lifted up my hand to give to your fathers; and this land shall fall to you as an inheritance.
15. This is the border of the land toward the north, from the great sea by the Hethlon road leading to Zedad.
16. Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which lies between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazar-hatticon, which adjoins the border of Hauran.
17. The border from the sea will be Hazar-enon on Damascus's border, and north, northward, the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
18. The east side lies between Hauran and Damascus and between Gilead and the land of Israel by the Jordan, from the border to the eastern sea; you shall measure it. This is the east side.
19. The south side southward from Tamar to the waters of Meriboth Kadesh, the river to the Great Sea. This is the south side southward.
20. The west side is the Great Sea, from the border as far as opposite the entrance to Hamath. This is the west side.
21. You shall divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.
22. You shall divide it by lot as an inheritance for you and for the sojourners dwelling among you who have fathered children among you; they shall be to you like native-born among the sons of Israel, sharing an inheritance with you amid the tribes of Israel.
23. It shall be that in whatever tribe the sojourner sojourns among them, there you shall give him his inheritance, declares the Lord Yahweh.
