Translated from Hebrew and Greek with AI, then checked for clarity and fidelity.

1. He brought me back along the way to the outer gate of the sanctuary facing east, and it was shut.
2. Yahweh said to me: This gate shall be shut; it must not be opened, and no man shall enter through it, because Yahweh, God of Israel, has entered through it; therefore it shall be shut.
3. The prince himself shall sit in it to eat bread before Yahweh; he shall enter by the way of the gate's vestibule and go out by its way.
4. He brought me along the path of the north gate to the front of the house, and I looked—behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh—and I fell on my face.
5. Yahweh said to me, "Son of man, take it to heart, look with your eyes, and listen with your ears to all that I am telling you about all the ordinances of the house of Yahweh and all its laws; and take it to heart for entering the house, with every exit of the sanctuary."
6. Say to the rebels, to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Enough for you from all your abominations, house of Israel.
7. When you brought sons of foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary and defile it—my house—by presenting my bread, the fat, and the blood, they violated my covenant to all your abominations.
8. You have not guarded the charge of my holy things, but you have appointed guardians of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.
9. Thus says the Lord Yahweh: No son of any foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter my sanctuary—no son of a foreigner who is among the children of Israel.
10. But the Levites who distanced themselves from me when Israel went astray, who strayed from me after their idols, shall bear their iniquity.
11. They shall serve in my sanctuary, overseeing the gates of the house and attending the house; they shall slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to serve them.
12. Because they served them before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, I have lifted my hand against them, says the Lord Yahweh, and they shall bear their iniquity.
13. They shall not draw near to me to serve as my priests, nor approach any of my holy things, even the most holy ones, but they shall bear their shame and the abominations they committed.
14. I will appoint them to keep the charge of the house, for all its work and for all that is done in it.
15. The Levitical priests, sons of Zadok, who kept watch over my sanctuary when the sons of Israel strayed from me, shall draw near to serve me and stand before me to present the fat and the blood to me, declares the Lord Yahweh.
16. They shall come to my sanctuary, and they shall approach my table to serve me, and they shall guard my charge.
17. When they enter the gates of the inner court, they shall wear linen garments, and no wool shall come upon them while they minister in the gates of the inner court and in the house.
18. They shall have linen turbans on their heads and linen breeches on their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything that causes sweat.
19. When they go out to the outer court, to the outer court to the people, they shall remove their garments in which they serve and leave them in the holy chambers, and they shall don other garments, not consecrating the people with their garments.
20. They shall not shave their heads or let their locks grow long; they shall only trim their heads.
21. No priest is to drink wine when they enter the inner court.
22. They shall not marry a widow or a divorced woman, but shall marry virgins from the offspring of the house of Israel or the widow who is a priest's widow.
23. They shall teach my people to distinguish between the holy and the profane, and make them discern between the unclean and the clean.
24. In disputes they shall stand to judge and decide them by my rulings; they shall observe my instructions and decrees at all my appointed occasions and consecrate my Sabbaths.
25. They shall not approach any dead person to defile themselves; but for a father or mother or son or daughter or brother or sister who has had no husband, they may defile themselves.
26. After his purification, they shall count seven days for him.
27. On the day he enters the holy place, to the inner court, to minister in the holy place, he shall present his sin offering, declares the Lord Yahweh.
28. It shall be theirs as an inheritance—I am their inheritance—and you shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession.
29. They shall eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering; every devoted thing in Israel shall be theirs.
30. And the first of all firstfruits of every kind, every offering of every kind from all your offerings, shall be for the priests; you shall give the first of your dough to the priest to rest a blessing upon your house.
31. The priests shall not eat any carcass or anything torn, whether bird or beast.
