Translated from Hebrew and Greek with AI, then checked for clarity and fidelity.

1. For it is indeed superfluous for me to write to you about the service to the saints.
2. For I know your readiness, which I boast of to the Macedonians on your behalf, because Achaia has been ready since last year, and your zeal stirred up most of them.
3. But I have sent the brothers so our glorying about you might not turn out empty in this matter, so—as I said—you might be prepared.
4. lest somehow, if Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we—not to mention you—should be put to shame in this confidence.
5. Therefore I deemed it necessary to urge the brothers to go ahead to you and prepare your previously promised blessing in advance, so this would be ready as a blessing and not as covetousness.
6. But this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows with blessings will also reap with blessings.
7. Each one is to give as he has purposed in his heart—not out of sorrow or out of compulsion—for God loves a cheerful giver.
8. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you always have all sufficiency in everything and abound in every good work.
9. As it is written, he scattered, he gave to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.
10. Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
11. You are being enriched in every way for complete generosity, which through us produces thanksgiving to God.
12. For this service of the ministry not only supplies the deficiencies of the saints but also abounds through many thanksgivings to God.
13. Through the proof of this ministry they glorify God for your obedience in professing the gospel of Christ, and for your generous sharing with them and with all.
14. and their supplication for you, as they long for you because of the surpassing grace of God in you.
15. Thanks to God for his unspeakable gift.
