10. According to the grace of God given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, but another builds on it. Let each one take heed how he builds on it.
11. For no one can lay another foundation beside the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12. But if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or stubble,
13. Each one's work will become evident; for the day will disclose it, because it is revealed in fire, and the fire itself will test what sort each one's work is.
14. If anyone's work that he built upon it endures, he will receive a reward.
15. If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
16. Don't you know that you are God's temple and the Spirit of God dwells in you?
17. If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him, because God's temple—which you are—is holy.
18. No one should deceive himself. If anyone among you thinks he is wise in this age, let him become a fool, so that he may become wise.
19. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He who seizes the wise in their craftiness."
20. And again, the Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are futile.
21. So let no one boast about people, for all things are yours.
22. Whether Paul, Apollos, Cephas, the world, life, death, present realities, or future events—all yours.
23. You belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.
